===== Normal Appearance =====
**Skin Color:** Pale white \\

**Hair Style:** Blond, cut very short so that it only extends about an inch.

**Other features:** Vasas has a single scar on the left side of his face that he gained from a prior conflict.

**Armor description:** Vasas doesn’t wear a helmet. His chest armor is midnight blue and features a few glowing light blue spots on the ribs where he can vent some of his coolant from. His shoulder pads are also dark blue and rounded like X’s. His biceps are black and have midnight blue streaks running up the side of them. His arms are midnight blue and have 3 streaks of the lighter blue vents on the backside. His gloves are black.
His abdomen is black with two grey streaks running up where the ab muscles would be. He wears a dark blue armored briefs that have a single blue vent on either side where the hips are. His thighs are just black with no grey strip running down them. His shins are armored in the usual blue and have multiple vents down each side. His boots are black and have a blue vent on the outside of his foot, so that the vents face away from him…

**Armor colors:** Dark blue, black, light blue, grey.

**Armor description:** The armor takes on an icy coating causing the body to appear lighter colored than it actually is.

===== Weapons/Special Attacks =====
**Weapons:** Posesses an old buster which he rarely uses. \\
**Items:** 

Special Attacks:
  - Frost shot – Vasas fires a thin but incredibly sharp dagger like shot from his index finger. The attack flies quickly but doesn't do a lot of damage for a singe one… but when fired in quick succession they can become dangerous. 
  - Core coolant – Vasas releases spray of his own internal cooling fluid which he manufactures out of the oxygen in the air. The spray is effective in freezing up motion of enemies for a short time, and if enough of the spray is used it can make the armor brittle and easy to break.
  - Frozen burst – Vasas fires a ball of volatile ice which explodes on contact. Aside from spreading the icy shrapnel it releases a burst of icy coolant which slows any nearby down for a few minutes.
  - Ice Breaker – Vasas takes some time and focuses the cold into his hands, which he then flings at the enemy to freeze them. The name is derived from the fact the move is so powerful that it can split nearly anything when it freezes on impact.
  - Icy Prison – Vasas charges the cold into his hands once again, except this time he holds it there for a shorter amount of time, when he fires it, it comes instead as a beam of cold charged energy. The beam upon impact begins to coat the victim in ice. If held on a target for long enough the beam will completely trap them in ice. If a target gets completely frozen, the ice hardens significantly to prevent escapes. 


**Special abilities or talents:** Has an affinity for the cold, as such he can negate any ice based techniques used against him.

**Weaknesses:** Does not fare so well in extreme heat. His special attacks become significantly weaker.


===== Hypermode Abilities =====
**Head:** Increases the speed at which can charge the ice moves.

**Arms:** Increases the range can use the ice moves up to by adding an extra level of focusing.

**Body:** Increases rate of production for the cryogenic coolant.

**Legs:** Exudes the coolant which covers his body in the thin layer of ice and keeps it covered. 

**Hypermode ultimate move:** Cryogenic Catastrophe – Vasas unloads the vast majority of the cryogenic coolant he possesses into the air, causing the area to super cool and anyone within range of the release to be frozen solid on contact. This move is intensely draining on Vasas and he prefers not to have to be forced to use it..

===== Background =====
**Personality:** Vasas is cold, he doesn’t speak very much at all, but when he does you’d best listen as he doesn’t repeat himself. But despite his frosty outward act, he truly does care for the welfare of his subordinates and would lay down his life to protect them.

**History:** Vasas was developed by the German Cryogenic research and development lab as an aid to help their research, but he wasn’t with them long before the call for hunters reached him. The company who owned the lab decided his powerful ice abilities would be far more beneficial to the hunters in ending the maverick war than the lab for the moment, secretly wanting to use the returning test data to develop a line of weapons. But when one of the lab technicians got word of this plot, he disabled all of the sensors that collect data about Vasas before clearing him to be sent to the hunters. But this was several years ago, and since joining the hunters, Vasas discovered he likes it better than working in a lab and despite repeated offers and requests to return, he has denied all of them, opting to stay a hunter until the very end. This has allowed him to rise through the ranks and become a commander for the Artic brigade.

Vasas was the first of the support character created. He was designed to give the hunters an ice based character in case no one had ice powers.

His creation was heavily influenced by the German class I was taking at the time.
