Ganondorf, the omnipresent evil of the Legend of Zelda series (his Ocarina of Time appearance here specifically) has captured Hyrule and enslaved the populace countless times. But each time along comes a hero of time to put him in his placeā¦
Vs
Dante, the pizza loving, beer swilling, cocky half-demon son of the legendary demon knight Sparda. Dante has single handedly defeated Mundus (the king of Hell).
Ganondorf | Name | Dante |
---|---|---|
Ground Pound | Close Range weapon | Ifrit Gauntlets |
Homing Spread | Medium Range | Sparda Sword |
Shadow Orbs | Long Range | Ebony and Ivory (Twin .45 pistols) |
Beast form | Special Weapon | Devil trigger |
Wields the Triforce of power. Has great magical abilities inherently. | X Factor | Son of Sparda. Possesses legendary power |
Close range - For sheer power, Dante easily wins the close range weapon. His Ifrit Gauntlets allow him to spawn hellfire from his hands and legs to use as a weapon.
Medium range - Dante again because Sparda slices through just about anything with it's impressive power. It also has a fairly wide reach through it's ability to transform into a spear or scythe. Even though Ganondorf's Homing Spread launches 5 energy blasts that home in, they can be reflected back to the source or interrupted.
Long range - Dante yet again because his guns fire extremely fast, have unlimited ammo and can be charged up to shoot energy blasts. Meanwhile Ganondorf's shadow ball is fairly slow and easy to reflect. (Link could do it, and his reflexes aren't nearly as good as Dante's.)
Special weapon - Tie because both are transformations that inherently do no damage on their own.
Dante completely crushed Ganondorf due to his raw power being leagues above Ganondorf's.
