Armor description: large white chest armor and huge shoulder pads decorated with numerous scars from many battles, narrow biceps with large forearms and hands. Has very long thin legs that are covered by armored tan tight like pants ending with white boots, that have a closed slot for his flipper feet to extend from for swimming.

1. Hydro stream – X-buster – fires a highly pressurized thin blast of water than can penetrate thick steel with ease, constant firing consumes energy fast but quick bursts help to solve this problem
2. Rising Tsunami – Z-saber- creates a small tsunami for the user to rise up into the air with.
3. Diver Knuckle – Knuckle- surrounds the users arms with swirling water which they can then use. (ie throwing at opponents, creating a long - single use- stream to whip them with, or just to add an extra punch to their potent fists. )
4. Fluid Defense – Surrounds the user with a liquid shield which makes it harder for projectiles to pierce it.

Weaknesses: Plants absorb his water based techniques and so he has to be careful when dealing with opponents who are equipped with plant based weapons. Also plants tend to neutralize his waterproof coating makit it more difficult for him to move effectively through water.

Personality: An eccentric reploid who has an odd obsession with bread, goes from being a fun loving reploid one second to being completely malicious in the next.

History: He was designed by and for the pacific oceans research lab to guard them from mavericks. He is mainly a skilled guard, and can repel many attacks with his fluid fighting style, being an water fowl gives him a major advantage fighting near any source of liquid which can majorly strengthen his abilities. Though he hates plants and people that drink up all his water, this is his sole reason for joining the maverick forces… He was instructed to guard the aqua duct from all threats by the humans.

I had a hard time coming up with another water type maverick that fit the level and theme so while I'm not a fan of this maverick it was the best I could think of at the time.
