Personality:
History: seeing his friends fall to the virus’ influence, while he did not, Titanium Tortoise sought a cure, eventually it lead to the death of his closest friend and soon to be wife, soon after he joined Sigma’s forces to take over the world so there would be no need for a cure. Titanium Tortoise is extremely intelligent, though slow moving and heavily armored.
