Megaman X vs T-800 Terminator
Megaman X, the very first android capable of free thought and breaking the 3 laws of robotics, versus the T-800 Terminator, send back to the past to kill Sarah Connor and stop the resistance.

Judge's Analysis
Close Range - In this battle of machines, a shotgun is practically useless. Even the T-800 is barely phased by it. X is about 80 years more advanced than it. X's Shoryuken on the other hand would do quite a bit of damage to the physically weaker Terminator. (X's upper strength limit is unknown… So I'm placing a cap on his strength at 5 tons.)
Mid range - Both weapons fire high powered plasma. X's by nature is going to be stronger (due to being more advanced) but his has a longer cool down time between shots. Where the Terminator's is weaker but fires quicker (much quicker given it is a minigun type weapon). So I'm calling this one a tie.
Long Range - X's has both power and size. The charged plasma shot he fires is huge and does tremendous damage. Whereas the Terminator's plasma rifle fires a smaller round at higher rate of fire. For this I'm giving the edge to X because the power of the Plasma shot is huge. A clear shot from this would be able to scrap the Terminator.
Special weapons - Edge to X. If the Plasma Shot wasn't enough, X's Nova Strike is overkill. The Nova Strike is capable of killing virtually anything. The Terminator's grenade launcher could damage X, but not quick enough to kill X before X closes the gap to unleash the Nova Strike.
Results
X's powerful arsenal easily allows him to shred the maverick Terminator.
