Judge's Analysis

Close Range - Edge to Venom. Using his fangs he can deliver a powerful toxin that can impair his opponent's abilities then kill his opponents. Ice Man's armor is a nice touch, allowing him some measure of defense… it is still only ice and Venom has sufficient strength to break through ice. The gloves give Ice Man additional punching power, but against Venom's higher strength and light regenerative powers it's not really beneficial.

Medium Range - Edge to Ice Man. While Venom could easily punch through the Ice Pillars, Ice Man can spawn them extremely quickly and make them sharp. Allowing him to effectively skewer Venom in multiple places at once if he could hit Venom…

Long Range - Tie. Ice Man could freeze Venom, but Venom could break out of the ice fairly easily and likely long before Ice Man could freeze him solid. Meanwhile, on his own the Webbing could restrain Ice Man, but not for very long since Ice Man could freeze the web until it was brittle then break free.

Special - Tie. Both weapons are extremely powerful but limited. The snap-freeze would allow Ice Man to super-cool the environment within a close proximity to him and freeze Venom cold… But it is highly draining for Ice Man. Similarly, Venom's tendrils can whip the opponent or possibly even pierce if they're sharp at the end… They also both have to be at fairly close range for the attacks to be effective.

Results

Iceman's powers were deemed too much for Venom to handle while Venom was unable to counter Iceman's powers at all.
