Judges Analysis
Close range - Optimus Prime's energon blades are nothing compared to the Piston Punch (aka Sudden Impact). It's power has been stated that it can blow through 3 sky scrapers. So, Big O gets the edge here.
Mid range - Optimus's ion cannons are comparatively small and weak against such a massive opponent like Big O. Big O on the other hand, his chain anchors can very easily cause a ton of damage to Optimus.
Long Range - Big O's head beam (the Chromebuster) is powerful and can be fired in a sustained beam for a long time or in short bursts. Which give Big O the advantage because he can guide the beam to Optimus.
Special weapon - Optimus's retractable energon hooks get the advantage here because they can be used for offense. They can be used to help rip Big O's body apart. It would take a while… But it would be possible. The arm guards could negate against all of Optimus's energy attacks or block his sword, but the hooks may still be able to rip it apart (slowly.)
Results
Big O wins due to the fact his attacks are significantly more powerful (even if they do have some wind up time) and could easily obliterate Optimus in a single shot. Meanwhile it would take many of Optimus's attacks to even get to Big O's pilot (even if Optimus has the speed advantage and could get close enough to use his full arsenal).
