Basic Info
Name: Merge Silkworm

Height: 14'5”
Weight: 1366lbs
IQ: 70
DOB: Jan 5th
Birth Place: Unknown

Occupation: War-Machine

Appearance

Skin Color: Light-brown.
Eye Color: Pitch black all the way.
Hair Style: Bald.
Other features: Silkworm has a very bad posture. Despite being more than 14-feet tall, he's actually about 7-foot tall due to the way he stands. He leans heavily forward, his knees are bent forward and he almost sits on his ankles. His long, slender neck is also leaning downwards, making his head usually remain around the 6-foot length.

Armor description: Looks much like a humanoid, having two arms and two legs. The worm-theme comes from the way all his body parts - such as legs, arms, hands, fingers, neck and torso - are all insanely long, sleek and thin. His arms are about 3,5 meters long, if one counts hands and fingers into it. His hands are large enough to fit the entire torso of most humanoid reploids into his fist.

His neck is about 2 meters long. Up from the waist his body resembles mostly as a neck, being slim and straight all the way to his head. Only exception is the large round black sphere coming out of where his stomach ought to be - this being the generator which produces his silk, made of extremely durable metal alloy so it can't be broken. Silkworm also has an amass of cables travelling under his thin, transculent outer layer of armor, which makes it look as if they were overgrown black veins pushing out from under a person's skin.

His head looks sort of like that of a human's, exception being that it has no nose and takes a sudden heavy turn backwards from where the mouth should start. His long and wide mouth is sort of located around the bottom of a human being's jaw. Has sort of narrow, stretched eyes that seem to push far out of the rest of his head; both of the two being located at the sides of his head.

Armor colors: A healthy mixture of various shades of brown and grey. Has a thick white line travelling over his backside all the way from his upper “lip” to the his bum (OOC: HOHOHO! I WROTE BUM!… Couldn't find a more suitable word. ><).

Weapons/Special Attacks

Weapons: His hands (meaning that he's a knuckle-type). They consist of extremely durable metal-alloy, which easily allows him to parry - or even grab - beam sabers and buster shots. His fingers are also long and narrow, being very sharp from the tips, which allows him to use them to stab or lightly cut his opponents.

In addition, his entire body is full of fat black cables, which he can use as sort of tentacles. The tips of the cables have small fangs at them, allowing them to latch into things they hit. Can make new ones out of salvaged parts to replace any of those he may have lost at some rate.

Items: None.

Special Attacks:
1. Amalgamate: Silkworm gets his name out of the fact that he can merge with other mechanical beings, be it reploids or mechaniloids. This is simply done by entangling them with his cables, sucking their energy dry, and then by linking the cables into parts - such as thought unit - in order to have them become one with him. Silk has to beat the opponent into a state where they can't fight against it before merging with them. Terrifying part about the ability is that Silkworm always wrecks all of their vital chips, thus erasing their memories and personalities right off the bat. Which means, that one cannot simply save their comrades from him by cutting the cables off. The moment the merging is complete, the body of the reploid that's been merged with is nothing more but a hunk of metal which Silkworm can toy around with. Also note that Silkworm can't really control anything he merges with too well, meaning that no matter how fast and talented the reploid once was, after merging, it's usually rather docile and slow. Still fits Silkworm's plans just fine, since he mostly likes to use them as meat shields or as simple artillery fire.

2. Silk Manipulation: Being a silkworm, Silkworm can produce silk. He pretty much oozes it out of his mouth, it starting off as sticky goo. After fondling it for a while with his fingernails, he can make silk threads out of it. The silk remains extremely sticky at all times, making it rather useful as in terms of making traps out of it or wrapping opponents into it to immobilize them. Takes a while to make some though, so he can't really produce it in a matter of mere seconds.

Physical Appearance during Hypermode

Skin Color: Remains the same.
Eye Color: His eyes turn around, becoming completely white with some red blood-vein resembling things visible around them.
Hair Style: Still bald!
Other features: During his hypermode, Silkworm pretty much gives up on every trace of consciousness, falling into a state of trance whereas he loses track of what he's doing and goes berserk. Thick white steam begins to emite out of every hole within his armor. He shivers uncontrollably, his limbs trembling and twitching occasionally. The silk-substance begins to foam out of his mouth rapidly.

Whilst in the hypermode, Silkworm cannot use his Amalgamation-ability anymore, but in exchange gets more agile and strong, being capable of moving much faster as he can hurl his entire body around by lifting himself with his cables.

Personally, Silkworm prefers not to resort to his hypermode since he gets no amusement out of combat situations as he can't recall any events during the time he's in his hypermode. Never really uses it, unless he's fighting someone whom he has already deemed dry and boring.

Background

Personality: Silkworm is best defined by the words twisted and psychotic. He holds little value to the life of himself or that of others, often openly agreeing on the possibilities of death during any attempts of others provoking him by telling him that he'll die.

Silkworm possesses no sense of hate, happiness, fear or such. He may pretend to be intimidated by his opponents just to see their reactions on it. Tends to play around and toy with others by showing fake emotions, often being very eager to see how they'll react. The desire of amusement is practically his only motive.

Considers himself as a sort of director of life, who's the only one with right to decide over how things are meant to happen around him. Thinks of everyone around him as actors in a play, often using references to “scripts”, “performances” and “lines”.

Rather cheap and ruthless, perhaps even cowardish, as he sees nothing wrong in attacking someone who's already down, or attacking from behind when they don't see it coming. There's a thin line between cowardice and strategy.

History: Silkworm was built by a group of reploids gone maverick. His thought unit was taken out of an outdated computer which controlled several mechaniloids, having slight modifications made to it so it'd allow him to think for himself. The strange choice of his thought unit was made on the basis of them wanting to allow him enough capacity in order to control all the reploids and mechaniloids which he'd merge with. The fact that it belonged to an emotionless computer may be the reason why he lacks most “human” qualities, such as sense of fear, regret and happiness.

After the calculations and tests were over with, the merging ability of Silkworm had it's first test run. Unfortunately it didn't work quite right, as it ended up creating a secondary personality which leaked into Silkworm's thought unit, messing up his personality completely. He gained the sense of feeling amusement and desiring things, along with having a sort of split personality, although the two act just about the same.

Some extra adjustments were made, until Silkworm's merging would function as intended. He was soon sent out on his first missions, which were rather simple slaughter-tasks, due to Silkworm's low intelligence. Even so, his vast strength and dangerous merging ability has kept him running rampant for years on and on, and he's still being sent around by his superiors on straightforward “kill-them-all”-missions.

Behind the Maverick

Merge Silkworm was created by Deathtanz Mantisk.

Because Merge Silkworm absorbed Floyd, he gained the ability to acquire Maverick powers when the Hunters did (tapping into their power distribution system unknowingly). He also gained the ability to use Hypermode just like Maverick Hunters. Making him one of the few maverick able to actually use Hypermode.
