Judge's Analysis
Close Range - I give the edge to Cloud's buster sword because it does a lot of damage, is fairly fast and would be hard to dodge. Where Maria's birds, while painful and fairly fast, wouldn't be able to kill that quickly.
Medium range - Maria's tiger is fast and decently powerful, but Cloud's meteorain launches multiple attacks. It's both powerful and fairly accurate (not to mention the meteors are also fairly large making it easier to hit a target with). So Cloud's is the winner here.
Long Range - The beam blade is what gives Cloud some actual reach, it's fast and decently powerful plus it can hit multiple targets. Though Maria's dragons are extremely powerful, they are fast moving and hit hard too. So for this one, I'm calling it a tie. Both powers are roughly as strong as the other.
Special weapon - Omnislash Version 6 (See video below for the attack) is a powerful multi-hit, airborne based attack that makes Cloud very fast moving and very powerful. Maria's turtle makes her nearly invincible… but that won't help her since she can't attack in that form (let alone mover very fast or jump very high). Therefore, edge to Cloud's Omnislash.
Results
Cloud won due to impressive strength, speed, ferocity and special attacks. Maria's abilities when crashed together were powerful… but they cost a lot for her to use and so she can only use them a few times.
