Judges Analysis
Close range - Both combatants are using a powerful punch for their close weapons… The problem is neither side's strength's are really known. So I'm calling this one a tie. Both could kill each other with their fists (though it would take a while since both have enhanced durability.)
Medium range - Edge to Rogue because the elastic punch on it's own doesn't pack the same power that the close range punch has. Where Rogue's kick is going to be even stronger than her punch.
Long range - Edge to Super Skrull. He can launch those fireballs in quick succession or he can launch large ones somewhat slower.
Special weapon - Edge to Rogue. Rogue's ability to absorb powers by touch lets her steal Super Skrull's abilities for herself with just a touch. Super Skrull's invisible barriers are strong, but he can only hold them up so long as he concentrates. The more force Rogue puts on the barriers the harder it would be for him.
Results
Rogue managed to defeat the Super Skrull thanks to her ability to absorb enemy powers and turn them back against their user. Super Skrull wouldn't have been able to stay at range to fight given Rogue's speed and instance on close quarters combat. His barrier also wouldn't be able to keep Rogue out forever and even if it could he wouldn't be able to attack her while he's focused on keeping that barrier in place.
